The 200cc SOHC engine delivers smooth and useable power for all types of off-road riding. A CVT transmission helps you get the optimal power and torque from the engine via Drive shaft and CV axles. Long travel A-arms with coilovers front and rear are designed to soak up the roughest terrain while providing a comfortable ride.

• Headlighst / Lightning

Not just daytime running lights, we include functional headlights by incorporating projector lenses to powerful & efficient LEDs. Built with cast aluminum housing, it’s designed to be durable while cooling fins dissipate heat for a long lifespan. Tail/Brake Light comes standard with LEDs.

• Suspension

S200 was designed to give kids 10 years + an enjoyable ride experience in various terrains or trail systems.

Front pull, Rack N Pinion steering with corrected length tie rods to A-Arm length lessen bump steer.

Wide A-Arms front and rear allows for a longer stroke shock and more suspension travel.

Rear differential & CV axles offer longer service life, higher ground clearance, and durability over chains.

A-Arm ball joints can be pressed out and replaced.

• Frame/Chassis

Kayo designs and builds frames using boxed and gusseted mounting points without adding unnecessary weight. Strengthening weak points and supporting tube joints. Safety is important to us and we believe in making key areas, like the roll cage, structurally strong. S200 comes with a 1.25” diameter 6-point cage with interlocking mounting points. This prevents full load on mounting bolts that can potential shear. Frame tubes are .095” wall thickness throughout.

• Engine

Engine mounted low behind seats to give the S200 a lower center of gravity. Positioned behind seats also provides closer to equal weight distribution. Easily accessible during inspection/service for routine maintenance. CVT is equipped with dual snorkels to keep clutches dry in wet ground conditions. Air filter is also easy to access without any tools.

• Interior / Cabin

The sport UTV market is continuing to expand and Kayo is committed to offering youth options in this category. We have designed a spacious cabin to accommodate a parent sitting in the passenger seat. Buckets seats contour to keep drivers from sliding around with 6 position (4” forward/back) of adjustment. Also comes equipped with 4-point harnesses to keep driver/passenger secured. The digital gauge enables simple functions or information to view without distracting drivers. Steering wheel has 5 tilt levels that can be easily adjusted.

• Wheels/Brakes

Kayo utilizes full hydraulic disc brakes to stop all 4 wheels on the S200. Massive brake rotors have more than enough power to stop the 22 inch tires quickly. Heavy duty steel rims can handle unpredictable terrain that might present a challenge.

4 x 110 wheel bolt pattern allow many aftermarket options. 22” tires stock. More wheel well clearance….
